If you're inclined towards watching a TV show aimed at kids but filled with cool Kung Fu, monsters, and crazy costumes, then please check out Saturday's episode of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight (11:30 AM, the CW Network). It's the first one I wrote (next week's is mine, too) and it features Kit/Dragon Knight's first encounter with a new Rider. You can see the first 6 minutes or so by clicking here.
(Unlike the Willa Ford video below, this one is definitely safe for work, unless you work in a place that frowns upon the Kung Fu).

The sound track didn't synch with the lips. Not that it mattered during the chop-socky scenes.
